Attending the Leadership Institute for Group Discernment may have been the best thing I could have done for my Yearly Meeting, my church, and for myself. Several times a week God raises up some teaching from the Institute for our mutual edification. Committee meetings are becoming a joy as we begin a more complete practice of corporate discernment in our decision making.
